All pieces are handmade, and crafted with utmost care and diligence. Since all pieces are handmade, purchased jewelry may not be identical to jewelry including carat and quality to gemstones photographed on this website. The Company and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, the Company does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product itself offered by Himatsingkacollection is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from the Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or service provider. The Company and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier. The Company and its affiliates will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier.

PRICES

The prices indicated on this website are shown in USD for customers and do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.

PAYMENT AND TAX:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express; we also accept payments through PayPal, as well as personal checks. Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your personal and credit card information is used for payment processing only. There will be a 7% sales tax added to orders shipped within Rhode Island.

AVAILABILITY

We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable even after 60 days after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. If your order is particularly time sensitive, or if you need an item sooner than the given availability, please either call us at 401.440.3311, or add a note in the Special Instructions section when shopping online – we'll be happy to try and accommodate your request. Should we experience any unforeseen complications or delays with your order, we'll contact you immediately to give you an update on the status.

DELIVERY

If we have your item in stock, we'll typically ship your order within 48 hours. If we do not have your item in stock (and occasionally, it's just plain difficult to keep over 500 styles in stock), we'll ship your request as soon as we finish making your piece. It may take up to 6 weeks to complete an order, but we promise to try to be as quick as possible. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The Himatsingkacollection does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you are delighted with your Himatsingka jewelry. If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for store credit when accompanied by the original sales slip and packaging. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Call us at 401.440.3311 for RA # prior to shipping items back to us. Ensure that the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of the package, and allow 5-7 business days to process the paperwork. Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subject to a refund. The item you return must be presented in saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. If applicable, please take care to return any certificates that accompanied your jewelry, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for $100.00 replacement cost. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We also recommend that you include a copy of your receipt in the return box. We strongly recommend you track your shipment and insure the package for the full value of your purchase price.

We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. All custom order pieces and specially sized pieces are non-returnable. Jewelry purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion.

Please allow 6 weeks for delivery once you have placed your order.

Because all items are handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact ship dates. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive request, and we'll try our best to work with your deadline. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your package has left our studio.

Regrettably, we cannot ship overseas through our website at this time. Please call our studio directly to place an international order.

Though we really love to support our local Post Office, you may also choose to have your order shipped via UPS. We offer the following shipping options:
